Minimum AdvertisedPrice (MAP) Policy

Effective June 2, 2026. This is a unilateral policy and may be revised at any time.

1. Purpose

Shirt Tucker has established this Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy to protect the value and reputation of the Shirt Tucker brand and to support the ability of our authorized resellers to advertise and sell our products at a healthy, sustainable margin. A consistent advertised price benefits every partner who carries the product.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to all authorized resellers of Shirt Tucker products in the United States and to all advertising of those products in any medium, including but not limited to: websites and online stores, online marketplaces (e.g. Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace), search and social advertising, email and SMS promotions, print, catalogs, and in-store signage.

3. The MAP price

Resellers may not advertise any Shirt Tucker product below the Minimum Advertised Price of $14.99 per unit. The suggested retail price (MSRP) is $19.99 per unit.

4. What MAP covers — and what it does not

MAP governs the advertised price only. It does not set the price at which you actually sell.

• Covered (the advertised/listed price): the price shown in any listing, ad, banner, marketplace offer, or promotion.
• Not covered (your actual selling price): you remain free to set your own final sale price, including any price in the cart, at checkout, or in-store. You may advertise "see price in cart," "add to cart for our best price," or offer in-store discounts not advertised below MAP.

5. Unilateral policy

This is a unilateral policy adopted by Shirt Tucker. It is not an agreement and does not require any reseller's consent or signature. Shirt Tucker neither seeks nor will accept any agreement from any reseller concerning this Policy, and Shirt Tucker representatives are not authorized to discuss, negotiate, or grant exceptions to it.

6. Enforcement

Shirt Tucker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to take action in response to any advertising below MAP, up to and including: declining to accept or fill future orders, suspending or terminating reseller or wholesale status, and ceasing to supply product. Shirt Tucker will determine independently whether to continue doing business with any reseller.

7. Marketplaces

Resellers are responsible for their own advertised prices on third-party marketplaces, including any pricing set by repricing software. Continued advertising below MAP on any marketplace may result in the actions described above.
