These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shirt-Tucker.com website and any purchases made through it. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Us

Shirt-Tucker.com is operated by Kinor LLC, a California limited liability company (PO Box 67, Agoura Hills, CA 91376), under the Cadenza brand. Shirt-Tucker is a Cadenza product. Contact us at [email protected].

2. Products and Pricing

• All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable product costs. Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price shown at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to display settings.

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your payment card details.
• By placing an order, you represent that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if there is an error in pricing or product description.
• You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, contact us.

4. Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Express shipping available at extra cost. Selected at checkout.
• We ship to addresses within the United States only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our full Return Policy sets out how returns and refunds work, and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, for any reason.
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Please wait for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
• Used and unused items are both accepted. Items deliberately altered or damaged beyond normal wear may be refused or partially refunded.
• We pay the return postage, including change-of-mind returns. Mail returns to Shirt-Tucker, PO Box 67, Agoura Hills, CA 91376. We also cover a free replacement or full refund when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Instead of a refund, we can send a free replacement if you are not satisfied within 30 days. Just ask.
• Wholesale orders of 5 or more units are final sale. They cannot be returned. The 12-month limited warranty for manufacturing defects still applies. Shop orders under 5 units, including 2-packs and 3-packs, keep the 30-day return.

6. Use of This Website

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its related systems
• Use the site to transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product design — is owned by or licensed to Shirt Tucker. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Affiliate Program

Our affiliate program is governed by separate terms provided through our affiliate platform (Endorsely). By joining the affiliate program, you agree to those additional terms. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.

9. Limited Warranty

The Shirt Tucker belt is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. That warranty is described on the warranty page, and it is part of these Terms. It does not promise that the belt will last a set number of years, and it does not cover misuse. Some states do not allow limits on implied warranties. If that applies to you, the limit lasts only as long as the law allows. Nothing in these Terms takes away a right you cannot waive under California law.

Website text is general information. A product photo can look slightly different on your screen than the belt in hand.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shirt Tucker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Shirt-Tucker agree that the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California are the exclusive venue for a dispute about these Terms, the site, or an order, except where a consumer law says the claim must be heard somewhere else.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
