• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including if there is an error in pricing or product description.
• You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, contact us.

4. Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment.
• Express shipping available at extra cost. Selected at checkout.
• We ship to addresses within the United States only.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our full Return Policy sets out how returns and refunds work, and forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return, for any reason.
• To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number. Please wait for a return authorization before shipping anything back.
• Used and unused items are both accepted. Items deliberately altered or damaged beyond normal wear may be refused or partially refunded.
• You pay return postage on a change-of-mind return. We cover the cost when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return.
• Instead of a refund, we can send a free replacement if you are not satisfied within 30 days — just ask.
