SHIRT TUCKER SIZE GUIDE FIND YOUR PERFECT FIT
The Shirt Tucker adjusts from 22" to 46" waist — one size fits virtually every adult. Here's how the adjustment works and how to measure for the best fit.
The Shirt Tucker rubber belt is one-size-fits-most, adjusting from 22" to 46" waist via a series of size holes in the rubber. To fit: measure your natural waist where the belt will sit (just below your pants waistband), find the corresponding hole in the belt, stretch it, and insert the metal button. No cutting or modification required.
HOW THE ADJUSTMENT MECHANISM WORKS
The Shirt Tucker uses a series of holes along its length — each corresponding to a different waist size. The rubber is flexible enough to stretch the hole open, and the metal button with flex pegs locks into the hole securely. As your waist changes (weight gain, different pants, different positions), you simply use a different hole.
MEASURING YOUR WAIST
Find your measurement point
The Shirt Tucker sits just below your pants waistband — not at your belly button or natural waist for most people. Measure there.
Measure your waist
Use a soft tape measure around your waist at the measurement point. Breathe normally — don't suck in or expand.
Add 1"–2" for the belt position
The Shirt Tucker sits outside your shirt, so it needs 1-2" more than your bare waist measurement. Round up to the nearest hole.
